Who we are

The Mindful Map (themindfulmap.org) is run by Alexandru Dardai, based in Spain. Contact: hello@themindfulmap.org.

What we collect and why

If you subscribe, we collect your email address, only to send you your free map (the Harmony Map), our weekly email about body, mind and spirit, and occasional recommendations. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We do not ask for any other personal data.

Who processes it

• MailerLite, our email service, stores your address and sends our emails.
• Netlify, our website host, keeps a backup copy of form submissions.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us to have your data deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If you follow a link to another website, such as a brand we recommend, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy.
